Translations
WE PROVIDE TRANSLATIONS FROM DUTCH TO SPANISH AND VICE VERSA.
We do special translations and we have translators registered with the Translator Surveillance Board by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru. At this moment, there is no sworn translator Dutch in Peru.
From Spanish to Dutch
The signatures of the translators of El Tulipán are registered at the Belgian embassy in Lima.
Our translations carry a stamp and signature, which can be legalized directly by the Belgian Embassy in Lima without the need to follow additional steps before the legalization and are accepted for all types of procedures at said embassy. For this, every document must have an apostille seal before being translated.
The apostille stamp is obtained at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru.
Translations of El Tulipán are not directly accepted for official use at the Embassy of The Netherlands in Peru. For this reason, the same additional steps must be taken that are considered for a Dutch to Spanish translation.

For official use in Peru there are a few additional steps to take after the special translation
in order to legalize the translation, we describe them below:
The translation must be accompanied by a sworn declaration signed by the special translator
The signature of the translator must be legalized by a notary
The signature of the notary must be legalized by the Board of Deans of the College of Notaries of Peru
The signature of the president of the Board of Deans of the College of Notaries of Peru must be legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru
