We offer a preparation course for the integration exam . This test is one of the special requirements for those who want to settle permanently in the Netherlands with an MVV visa to live with a family member (familielid) or for a religious job (geestelijk bedienaar).

Would you like to prepare for the Civic Integration Exam Abroad? During our course, you will be immersed in the basics of the Dutch language two days a week, while on Fridays we will focus exclusively on the key parts of the exam and Dutch culture.

About the integration test.

The Civic Integration Exam Abroad is part of the stricter policy for foreigners who want to settle permanently in the Netherlands. This exam has been implemented since March 2006.

Passing the Civic Integration Exam Abroad is a requirement for applying for a Provisional Residence Permit (in Dutch: Machtiging tot voorlopig verblijf, or MVV). You apply for the MVV and the residence permit at the same time.

The Civic Integration Exam Abroad will take place at the Embassy of the Netherlands in the applicant’s country of origin. In the case of Peruvians, Bolivians and Ecuadorians, the exam will be taken at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Peru, located in the city of Miraflores, Lima.
