Values
The 10 values of El Tulipán are fundamental principles that our institution has developed with dedication and care to guide all our activities. These values represent the commitment to punctuality, respect and well-being of our educational community.

Our Values

It is essential to us that every visitor to El Tulipán feels welcome and at home. This is true for our staff as well as for our students and other visitors. At El Tulipán we cultivate an environment that combines family warmth with professional excellence.

At El Tulipán, when we commit, we deliver. This firmness in our commitments reflects our professionalism and is a fundamental value for us.

Punctuality is a basic rule. Being on time is not only a sign of courtesy, but also of respect for the time of others.

If we don’t know something, we ask to find out. We would rather ask the same question twice and not forget it again than make (incorrect) assumptions. We recognize that assumptions are a significant source of errors.

It is important to convey our messages in a way that is understandable and transparent to the recipient. We value the opportunity for good communication, which involves discussing issues in a timely and open manner.

On this path, our differences become a strength, as we complement each other. We value and make the most of individual talents. We are committed to actively listening to each other’s ideas and perspectives, both professionally and personally. Together, we are strong and support each other when necessary and appropriate.

We provide constructive feedback, pushing each other to progress towards our goals. We challenge each other with the goal of constant improvement.

We consider ourselves cultural ambassadors for both the Netherlands and Peru. Interculturality not only enriches our experiences, but also strengthens our mutual understanding and appreciation.

We look in the mirror because everything starts with ourselves. We commit ourselves to practice what we preach, being an example to others.

We have implemented a continuous evaluation process that includes the analysis of survey comments, service perception and customer experience at El Tulipán. We identify the most recurring aspects and work on their constant improvement to offer a better service. In addition, as a team, we conduct internal evaluations and provide constant feedback to ensure continuous growth and improvements in our performance.
Finally, we fully identify with and support these core values. We chose to be part of this team because we are committed to El Tulipán and, therefore, we emphasize the importance of these institutional principles.
We have internalized these core values, recognizing their importance in our daily performance and we feel fully identified with these values and make them our own in every action and decision we take.
We are in tune with the institution’s core values, as they reflect our own ethics and vision of work and collaboration.
