  • Type and number of the identity document (this information is needed for generating a proof of payment at SUNAT – National Superintendence of Customs and Tax Administration).
  • E-mail address (used for communication about classes, payments and notices of future projects, courses, workshops and/or activities).
  • Telephone number (the telephone number is used for communication about the lessons, payments and guidance regarding the registration).
  • Full name (the full name will be used for the certificate if the level is successfully completed or a proof of study upon request).
  • Nationality (this information is used to get an idea of where our students and interested parties come from and for a possible certificate from El Tulipán).
Information about image use and/or photos:

During lessons and activities, EL TULIPAN can take photos of the students in the classes or of the participants of the activities. These photos or other visual material  can be used on our website, social media or other material for our marketing.

Other information that may be requested:
  • Native language and knowledge of other languages (this information could help us to better estimate the learning curve).
  • Date of birth (the date of birth is required for a possible certificate from El Tulipán).

By clicking on the box at the registration form you accept the privacy conditions and privacy policy of EL TULIPÁN.

You can indicate that you no longer wish to receive communication from us by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address contacto@eltulipanperu.com. You can also always request the partial or complete removal of your data from our file.
